PLOTWMDCT - Plot WMDCT coefficients

%   C=PLOTWMDCT(...) returns the processed image data used in the
%   plotting. Inputting this data directly to imagesc or similar
%   functions will create the plot. This is useful for custom
%   post-processing of the image data.
